All care is taken so your item(s) arrives to you in perfect condition, occasionally some transactions don’t go as planned, so please read thoroughly our terms and conditions prior to purchasing and in the event of a return or exchange the terms and conditions below will be referred to and processed accordingly.
For hygiene reasons headwear, jewellery, face coverings and pet coats cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
For Online Purchases you have 14-days from date of purchase to contact us regarding a refund or exchange.If the 14-day time period has lapsed refunds or exchanges will not be given unless the item is faulty.All goods must be returned in a new, unused, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. Footwear must be returned in the original and undamaged box.
Shipping for online returns will be paid by the customer and returned to Alpinwood Collections before an exchange or refund will be processed.
For all Instore Purchases you have 14-days from day of purchase to contact us or return to store for a refund or exchange. Outside of these 14-days no refund or exchange will be given unless the item is faulty.All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Footwear must be returned in their original and undamaged box.
Items bought on sale or using a discount code are non-refundable, unless item is faulty. Refunds or exchanges will not be given on sale or discounted items for change of mind.
In the case of a faulty product, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.
For faulty products purchased in store you have 14-days to return or contact us, if the 14-day period has lapsed we will assess on an individual basis.
For damaged/faulty products purchased online, please contact us by emailing [email protected] within 3 working days of receiving your goods. Please attach a photo of the damaged/faulty item, if the 3-day period has lapsed we will assess on an individual basis.
An Alpinwood Collections itemised receipt or an order number must be provided as proof of purchase before a refund or exchange can be given.
We recommend a trackable method of returning your item, as we will not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Shipping fees and Credit Card surcharges are non-refundable.
